Just wanted to say thanks the the Fanatec team!

I won't get too long-winded here, but I just wanted to give some kudos to the much maligned RMA process some people go through.

My initial request to have my Podium rim repaired was on 3 Nov. I was sent an RMA notice on 9 Nov. On 10 Nov I sent the rim in for repair and today (18 Nov) it is on it's way back to me.

I just wanted to send out a public "thank you" for great service in these crazy times. My experience was truly a pleasant one. You guys are awesome.
