Xbox One licensed products will be compatible with Xbox Series X. This was confirmed long time ago.
Sony is quiet regarding if PS4 licensed products will be compatible with ps5 but in the Fanatec lineup this would only affect the CSL Elite Wheel Base+ and the Podium Racing Wheel F1 Bundle. All other bases, like your CSW, are not and will never be PS compatible.
