Cannot connect to xBox

Hope someone can help. For my son's 14th birthday I bought the following items at Fanatec:
1.) Clubsport Steering Wheel Formula V2;
2.) CSL Elite Wheel Base V1.1
3.) CSL Elite Pedals.
All should be compatible with the xBox One console he has been using till date. However no success so far. We have followed all instructions, down- and uploaded firmware and drivers but still after two days we cannot select the xBox mode (green) nor can we select the Fanatec console to play F1 on xBox. We have run out of options and do not know what to do next besides returning all products back to Fanatec. Who can help us to make this work?

Install driver 381 and the included firmwares.
There is your problem. That driver is to old to support the Formula V2. So you need a newer driver and the v381 is a good option.
Well, in theory driver 334 is not too old and was the release driver of the Formula v2... Only when using the Formula v2 with the APM driver 336 or higher is needed...
Ok mixed the 2 up, thought it was the v336 that was needed, but apparently for the APM's indeed.
But even then it's quite old.
@Bram Normally it starts automatically in Xbox mode after firmware update. This did happen during firmware update?
