Porsche 918 RSR and DD1 - Any good?
Hi all,
I've got a DD1 and the F1 wheel currently. I want to dabble in Rally on WRC but don't really want to pay the premium for the high end Porsche wheel and saw the 918 RSR one on sale.
I read a review saying that the person doubted this wheel was strong enough to work well with the DD1.
Has anyone had any experience and do you agree?
I see it's listed as compatible with the DD1 so clearly Fanatec think it should be ok but just wanted some real world feedback.

Why should the 918 RSR wheel not be strong enough? Its a full-tier premium wheel with very good build quality - no toylike Plastic whatsoever. Of course it drives beautiful on a DD and wont break or anything...

I have used both the Porsche 918 wheel and the BMW GT2 wheel on my DD1 without any problems. Ended up selling the Porsche wheel as the rim thickness on the BMW wheel fit my hands better, but both worked equally fine on the DD1.
