v3 pedals still not detected after pcb board replacement

I ordered a new pcb board from fanatec as my pedals where not being recognised i sent emails to fanatec with videos and they said the pcb board had failed and would need a new one. After installing the new board it still saying not recognised and it seems like others are experiencing same issues now so i have just wasted £43 for something that did not need replacing. It seems like some kind of corrupt software issue or drivers on windows 10 which fanatec need to look into.
