Issue with CSW 2.5, help please?!

Hi guys,


I have had my wheel 3 years, and suddenly last night I got an issue upon the wheel booting up where instead of the wheel starting in the usual way it spun violently 1 way then the other. I turned the wheel off and restarted it, and it starter normally, but towards the end of each turn in 1 direction it would slow down to a crawl, and then would not come to rest in the centre. Then later on when I came to start the wheel it would just constantly turn in 1 direction, I looked inside the top plastic housing, the the large bolt/screw which makes the wheel stop at 900 degrees of turning skips at the end of the thread and does not stop the wheel turning in any direction. Also, the fans no longer seem to work, and the rim itself no longer registers as being attached to the wheel in the configuration settings.


Any help would be appreciated please?
