Pedal to Wheel Base Cable

I just received my Clubsport wheel base and pedals. Setting them up the way I'd like to use them the cable that connects the pedals to the wheel base is too short. With a quick look I thought it was just a phone cable but none of my longer cables would work. After a closer look I see that the cable is actually a 6 conductor cable where the phone cable is just a 4 conductor cable.

Does anyone know what the designation of this cable is so I can try to find a longer one? I tried the local computer repair and they were no help. I tried calling around other computer repair shops but no luck, the best they could recommend was going to Walmart. I might try Best Buy but if I knew what the cable designation was I could call first.
