First, the cable rj12 for the pedals not fit the base, is loose and lost connection and of course, look at the picture, nice black tape to play on a such expensive product..

Then, the magnetic pas add on. One paddle not working and of course again the cable, but its impossible to fix it.

The funny part is that they put a nice green sticker where they say quality control passed.

I mean, nice design but the reliability is Chinese quality.

Opened ticket for a brand new product barely unpacked and now will take for ever to answer and I am not even sure if they will exchange the product with new one.

Let's see. I'll keep you posted

    Sorry to hear. I'm waiting for my last item to arrive (R330 rim was literally just dropped off) and I'm really, really hoping there aren't any issues.

    But yeah, 2/7 isn't a good rate on a single order. :( Given the current situation globally, I hope you get a reasonably prompt response/resolution.

    I'm sorry to hear. Was the black tape in the pic came like that? If yes, I suspect you received somebody else's returned used items.
