Csl Elite shutting off

Recently my csl elite wheelbase will not turn on. I have to attempt this several times before it finally will turn on. Also it randomly shuts off while I’m racing which is ridiculous considering Logitech cheap stuff never has done that. So I’m stuck with not being able to race, waiting on fanatec to respond. Any suggestions would be nice.

Have you updated to the latest firmware package 381? Are you plugging into a power bar or direct to the wall?
honestly ask some one to take a video of you and the set up, in the video things to show is...
obviously the issue happening
the start up calibration , showing the driver software installed (this should come up on the steering wheel after calibration)
how that you have all the correct (supplied by fanatec) cables attached
if you happy to do this ? go into my products in the fanatec web site (obviously sign in )
enter the serial number of your base unit, select support fill out a couple of things and upload your video and send...
you should get a response very soon via email....
i did this and my unit is going back to Germany for inspection/repair...
