RMA Order not showing under "My Orders"


I submitted a ticket for a RMA a while ago. I've been notified that I'll be getting a replacement for my component and that is "warehouse processing" with the new order number. When I check under "My Orders" , the new order number is not showing up but when I go to "My Products" I get this:

Do I need to wait to get the component to then add the serial here? Will the new order number show up?
