f1 esport wheel Display LED trouble

Hi,

i have the 3 bottoms LED of the display who is no longer working,

is there a common trouble ?

i installed the last update and firmware but nothing change, is it a way to fix it ?

If the bottoms of all digits aren't working this might very well be a hardware issue. Did they at some point work properly? Do they still work ingame?

no it's not working ingame

they worked at the beginning (at least the first week of use, 5month ago) , but when it stop working i thought it was because of a bug on gtsport or the ps4, but i recently tried with a pc and assetto corsa competizione and it's not working too.

I have a P1 steering wheel and I also have the same problem with this display, how do you contact support, I read somewhereyou need to open a ticket? Thanks in advance
