My formula v2 is not recognized by the CSW V2.5

please someone help me, the day before the steering wheel was recognized without problems then I went to bed I turn off the steering wheel base, and the next day the steering wheel was not recognized by the base. (the photo of the screen is taken with the base of the flywheel on and the steering wheel connected)

Have you received any help on your issue? If so, was your issue resolved?
Have you tried running driver repair function?
Did you check if the base is hooked up to a USB 2.0 or 3.0 port? Better use a 2.0 port, this base doesn't like USB 3.0
I have the same issue, for some reason one day stop working and me CSW v2.5 doesn't recognize it. The pins are well, drivers and firmware updated.
