CSL Elite Wheelbase v1.0 Fan Not Spinning During Calibration
I bought my CSL Elite Wheelbase v1.0 almost 4 years ago. I noticed on certain games like iRacing that my steering wheel randomly shuts off during a race. I know that this may also be a software issue, but one major thing I notice is that my wheelbase is warm to the touch on the right side of the wheelbase. I believe that is where the force feedback motor is located. Is there a software fix to my fan issue since RMAing the wheelbase is not an option since it is past it's warranty period?

if the fan has failed the motor is probably overheating and selfprotecting when shutting off. You can still contact the support to evaluate costs of a repair.
