My DD1 PS4 died after firmware update (driver ver.400)

I couldn't get help on Fanatec support page because it keep showing me an error message "Please enter a message and a subject "...

It would be directly help me if support page works properly, but it doesn't.

I've encountered major issue about my fanatec dd1 wheelbase. (PS4 ver)

After I installed the latest fanatec driver 400, while updating my wheelbase, my fanatec firmware updater was not responding.

And also my wheelbase has stopped and displayed nothing on the wheelbase screen.

I knew that although my wheelbase showed nothing on the display, but it was still on power.

So I hesitated to force to turn off my wheelbase by plugging out the cord, but I had no choice but to do that because the fanatec updater was not responding and the power button on the wheelbase too.

And now, the wheelbase does not turn on even I keep pressing on the power button.

To be more specific, when I'm pressing on the power button, the fan runs like a vacuum cleaner and the rim rotates as usual with displaying nothing on the dd1 screen.

And then when I stop pressing the power button, dd1 cuts the power and stops everything.

Which means, my dd1 only turns on when I pressing the power button. ( Pressing the power button, wheel turns on. Hands off the power button, wheel turns off. )

This continues even I disconnect every cable except power supply cable. ( It means this continues while dd1 has not connected to the pc. The dd1 died like brick on its own. )

If there's any physical reset buttons on the wheelbase, it would be easy problem to solve...

But the power button is the only button on the wheelbase, and I try to connect my pc, I have to keep pressing this button on...

Is there any solutions on this symptom...?? I couldn't find any same symptoms like me on google.
