How long should i expect to wait for universal hub
I purchased the universal hub with NASCAR rim in one order, and then the CSW 2.5 in another. When I placed the order it said the universal hub would be available on 1-20-21. I purchased on 1-16. I did two separate orders because I was paying with two different cards. CSW came 3 days after I placed the order. Then once January 20th hit I checked my order status and it now said it wouldnt be available until the 28th. Is this common practice? Should I expect my order to be processed around the 28th or will it just bump the date up another week again? the real question is will I be able to run Daytona this year? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks

Yeah same thing for me. I ordered the Clubsport Universal hub and a new rim. It said it'd be available January 20th and now it's bumped to January 29th. My old wheel broke and now I'm sitting here waiting for my new one so I can race again.
It's a shame that Fanatec delivers such a great product but has a very disappointing customer service experience.
I know this won't help at all, but those dates Fanatec gives in the webshop are estimated and no promised dates.
I would agree with this but both items that we listed in this post are both shown as available and "ready to ship" on the website. I don't know how that's excusable.
It isn't excusable. The customer service experience is woeful and once I get my refund I will happily never use them again.
I like how they get you an entire base in 3 days but I cant get 2 replacement parts after a month. I love how they keep peddling the "we're extremely backed up from the holiday" nonsense to me.
if they were in stock ofc it's a complete different story. I was more talking about pre orders.
Ordered the hub and nascar rim on Friday. They shipped out yesterday. Ordered few other things Thursday and both orders shipped pretty close to the same time.
