DD1 Powers Off Mid Race

in Wheel Bases (and Racing Wheels)

DD1 will power off mid race. I can turn it back on an usually finish the race, but sometimes it will happen again 5 minutes later.

I'm running the latest drivers and firmware.

And here are the settings I'm using. I just copied the suggested settings for DD1 and iRacing.

Anyone else have this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

    How are the powersave options of your USB ports?

    I just checked. The "allow this computer to turn off this device" box was checked. I un-checked it.

    I also read driver 381 was recognized as a more stable driver, so I installed that driver. After I installed the driver I was able to do many practice laps without a problem.

    I'll check back in to let you guys know if this works if anyone is having the same sort of problem.

    I've gone about 7 races and lots of practice without any issues. This may have solved it for me.
