Question about INT and FEI Wheel Property Settings
Last weekend I setup my wheel for Nascar Heat 4 and I have a question about why the best settings ended up being at the opposite end of the spectrum from where I started for FEI and INT.
When I first started INT was 0 and FEI was 100. I came to realize that the more I reduced FEI the better the FFB, like night and day better. To a lesser extent INT did as wheel.
Changing SEN to 1080 helped. I spent a lot of time on every other SEN setting, including 180 before trying 1080. Doing so allowed me to completely eliminate the deadzone.
I own a DD2 (400 driver) R300 Podium and Heusinkveld rest.
Is it because the game is sending out, for a lack of a better term, an over modulated signal?
Be curious on any feedback, thanks.

Nascar 4 has to be quite the strange game then, because with every setting you have listed here you eliminate either FFB details or speed the wheelbase could deliver.
FFB strength is fine, as this is personal preference, but the rest? puh.
NDP at such a high setting = You dampen every little bit of FFB signals and don't get any details + make the wheel unnecessary heavy
NFR at such a high setting = You make the wheel unnecessary heavy by adding friction to the already heavier wheel with your NDP setting
INT at 20 = you smooth the FFB signal sent by the game so much that you loose any detail which could be in the game's FFB
FEI at 0 = you actually have no more FFB effects as the filter is at its highest settings and you eliminate further details, which actually is irrelevant with your INT setting anyway
If you want to feel anything with your wheelbase I would suggest the following:
Also if you are going to run <75 on FF, you probably should turn lin on, as you aren't using the headroom anyway.
