New CS V2.5 not working! Solutions?

Hey everyone,

My brand new wheel base just isn't working.

I have followed all the directions as instructed and all that keeps happening is when I turn the wheel base on it just flashes red.

I power it off and hold the button to get the bootlodder and flash the firmware and the base restarts and I get nothing but the flashing red light again. It doesn't connect to my PC and doesn't show up on the Fanatec Wheel Property page.


I have tried different drivers to no avail. My ClubSport Pedals V3 connect without any issues at all. I have reached out to Customer support but that was 3 days ago. I figured I'd come on here and ask if anyone has any solutions in the meantime.
