Will CSL Elite bought in US work in the UK?

I'm in the US and the website says the CSL Elite F1 wheel is in stock and ready to ship. A friend in the UK is having trouble finding one. Could I buy one here and ship it to him ? I don't know if it will work (power supply).

Power supply automatically switches according to whatever the input is. Only thing would be to have the correct plug adapter.
