Dd1 podium hissing problem

Hello,

New fanatec customer, I have placed a complete order for my simulator.

Base podium dd1.

Pedals clubsport v3 with brake performance kit.

Porsche 918 rsr wheel

Clubsport formula v2 wheel and magnetic paddles.

My podium dd1 power supply makes a shrill whistle when the base is turned off.

I tried to contact the sav by email last week, without response.

It is common at fanatec not to have a return on new equipment and an order of 2500 euros ..?

    Must be the power unit pack.

    Contact support through your account under your products page.

    I tried to contact them through the support on my account twice.

    I didn't get a response from them.

    The sav is not responsive?

    I got a response from tech support, yes it is the power supply, they are exchanging it for me.
