CSL Elite V1.1 Dirt 2.0 jump landing feedback missing

I recently bought CSL Elite V1.1 wheelbase second hand. It works fine but In Dirt 2.0 (PC) when landing a big jump there is no feedback trough wheel. Upgraded from T500RS and it was very noticeable with that.

Is this some kind of driver issue, setting ingame or hardware issue?
