DD2 Low Trq problem

Hello I just bought a DD podium and I have a problem. I don't have a lot of force feedback as well as the vibrations. It's very weak in the different games. I have the latest drivers.

 Pc drivers: 402.

Wheel base firmware: 684.

wheel base motor firmware: 40

I am under pc and Windows 10. The steering wheel is: Universal hub for ClubSport steering wheel for XBOX ONE. I have noticed that the DD2 oled display shows Low Trq.

Could you help me so that the Low Trq indication disappears and I can have the effects normally.

Have entered the high torque key in the back off your DD?

Is it placed in the correct slot?
