Fanatec DD1 (w R300 Universal Clubsport Hub) does not find SQ 1.5 Clubsport Shifter

Hi guys,

Got a support ticket open on this but here's the issue:

  • Shifter no longer detects in Fanatec Control Panel (or on PC at all)
  • Tried RJ12 supplied with shifter and DD1 and neither work (nor does the pedal RJ12 - which works fine with the pedal)
  • When I try to calibrate I just get this (https://photos.app.goo.gl/3qGH4U9GKxgfjFLD7 - slow mo)
  • Tried PC mode and Xbox mode on DD1 and no difference
  • Tried Shifter1 and shifter2 sockets - no difference
  • Shifter is in H pattern mode as required in the manual

Was working fine with CSW 2.5.

Latest DD1 Firmware.
