My dog chewed my rj12 to rj12 cable in half (the one that connects pedals to wheel base) so I bought a new cable on eBay but this doesn't seem to work even though it is RJ12 to RJ12, so it should work. Because it didn't work i went to the official fanatec website to get it but they are sold out. I'm not sure what to do. Maybe I could buy the Loadcell pedal if it comes with the cable because I've always wanted an upgrade. can anyone help?

Most RJ12 cables are cross wired.
Fanatec RJ12 cables are straight wired.
I suspect if you can get a straight wired RJ12 cable you'll be fine.

I think the RJ12 cable has to be 6P6C/RJ12. I bought one on Amazon for my shifter and it worked no problem

this is where i got it and it says that it is straight wired. Yet it still doesn't work.
