My Mclaren V1 stop working (Dead) on my DD1 base

Yesterday my wheel stop working (Dead). Its a Mclaren V1 wheel in a DD1 base, in the fanalab the wheel its not showing up, only the base . Heeelp ? :)

i tried to download the new software after this happen, but no help
