Brand new Clubsport V2.5 not detected by PC

Hello, I got my new wheelbase today, it came with a universal hub and a nascar rim.


I got it setup and plugged it in the computer downloaded the drivers and such. but my computer wont detect it, and the wheelbase 'Start" button just has a blinking red light.


The only time I can get the computer to detect it is if I hold the start button for 10 seconds and let it do the update. Then it counts down from 3 and resets, and then goes back to being undetected and flashing red light.


I would also like to point out the little screen on the Universal Hub is not coming on. So I can't do anything with it either.


Things I have tried.

-Uninstall and reinstall drivers

-New USB cable

-Tried different USB ports

-Hold Start button for +10 seconds for Bootloader mode


Any help would be great!
