Not recognizing my Clubsport V2.5

Hi, here's what I got:

Clubsport Wheel Base V2.5

Clubsport Pedals V3 w/brake upgrade

Lenovo Legion Y-540

9th gen I-7 processor w/16 gigs of RAM

Here's my problem:

I install the software (at this point - Fanatec_64_driver_402) and everything is fine ... for a few days then all of sudden my laptop Is not recognizing the wheel. Now I have the wheel and pedals in separate USB slots and I have zero problems with recognizing the pedals ... ever. I've tried different USB slots including trying USB adapters with multiple slots so I am plugged into only one slot on my PC.

Once I get the message that the wheel is not recognized, I'm toast. Any help?

    Open Dvice manager, go to View, Click show Hidden devices

    Go to Human Interface Devices , Right Click on any that are light grey and select Uninstall.

    Then go to Universal Serial Bus Controllers and do the same as before uninstalling the light grey ones

    Reboot computer

    Hopefully that will sort it.
