Had my wheelbase issue finally solved. Well not solved but Fanatec got back to me and said to ship the broken base to them. So I did. I would assume someone has done this before so I am asking how long was it until you got the product fixed back to you or an all new product. I know everything is wonky with shipping and covid but not getting an email response within a week is irritating at times. Itchin to get back in the rig.
