Fanatec csw v2.5 stuck in firmware update fore the motor

Hi.

I have a Fanatec csw v2.5. I tried to do a firmware update and when I updated the motor I get this message

Error: Update image failed(No response packet from target device.).

Update process is stopped by error.

Now "fanatec wheel property page" is not detecting my wheel or wheelbase.

I have tried to turn it on and off but that docent change anything.

hi... i had similar, and now my wheelbase is a paperweight. :(
