Fanatec CSL Elite PS4 handbrake always half pressed

Handbrake meter in the property page appears always as half-pressed:
I don't have any handbrake connected to the wheel base. Never had.
Also, property page crashes in Compatibility mode.
This appeared for the first time when I updated to the 400 drivers and now with 402 keeps happening.
How can I fix this??

Honestly, I would go back to Driver 381 with WB Firmware 680 and Motor Firmware 22. This is located in the Beta Drivers section of the forums. Look for Driver Release Candidate 381.
