Shifters on formula 1 limited edition wheel

Hey guys, yesterday i was driving a bit on my sim and suddenly my shifter for shifting up got stuck. At first looks it looks like one of those magnets who are in there got loose. I tried moving it but it didnt work. Did some one Else also have had this problem before? If so, what is the solution for this problem?
