Bmw gt2 won’t change gears if car is redline

Hi I have a new setup using the clubsport and bmw gt2. For some reason even with clutch on auto in Ams2, pc2 and AC if my car is in redline it won’t change gears, I have to take my foot off the throttle and then it will change. This so far has happened in Gt1, Gt3, and Formula cars.
can anyone suggest what I can change to fix this , thanks
