V3 Pedals no longer appear under game controllers (or work on some games)

Hi there - literally overnight I can no longer calibrate my pedals despite uninstalling and reinstalling the driver.

They work in iRacing but not in any Steam game (ACC, ETS2).

As mentioned I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, unplugged and replugged connections, restarted the PC multiple times by now.

Any advice?
