V3 Pedals

I have already submitted a support request because I am in need of a new V3 loadcell and have yet to receive a response. Why is it that you can buy the CSR elite, V1 and V2 loadcell and not the V3? I know someone from support has to add the loadcell to my cart so if someone could do that that’d be great.
