Fanatec pedals to Thrustmaster wheel?

Hello guys, I have a thrustmaster wheel and use on Playstation 4 platfrom, but want to buy Fanatec Elite Pedals. Would be possible to connect them to my PS4 thrustmaster wheel??

I know could connect them by adapter to PC, but not sure If i can to PS4!?

You need DriveHub to use Thrustmaster wheel with Fanatec pedals on PS4.
