CSL Elite wheel base and pedals not regonised

Help please, my elite wheel and base wont be recognized by Fanatec wheel property page or fanlab,

pc can see the device in setting so cables seem to work, i have tried various drivers but nothing works

last i saw anything in the page was the joy driver when i tried to use irffb,


please help
