FFB and rev lights with different cars

Setup - DD1 (latest firm) w/BMW GT2 wheel
I mainly use ACC and when I first got my base and wheel, I setup an Audi with the settings I liked. But when I switch to another car the FFB seems to be cut in half and the rev lights aren't synced to the car. If I switch back to the Audi everything seems back to normal. This happens with GT3 and GT4 cars.
Do I have to setup a profile for each car I use?

Yes, you have to make a profile for every single car to get synced LEDs and fine-tuned FFB for every car.
Out of curiosity why doesn't the default profile just carry over or just work throughout the game regardless of the car? I understand cars will have different driving parameters and feel, it just seems that if I set a default just use it for every car.
Well, obviously ever car uses a completely different RPM range and every car feels different... There is no "one default Basic for everything".
