RMA Time?...RMA notices?
Hello
Can someone tell me how long it usually takes Fanatec to respond to RMAs?
Last June 1 I received the new Blunde DD1, and it is damaged. Between emails, replies and shipment of the damaged product, tomorrow will be 14 days after arrival.
The damaged DD1 arrived at Fanatec last Friday and I have no information. I sent several emails but I have no response.

They are currently very busy I think, because of the CSL DD and other stuff coming to the market. Normally they respond within three days.
