CSL Elite V1.1 shuts off under FF load.

I purchased a used CSL elite off ebay. They guy did advertise it as not working and for parts. After messaging the guy, he said that it just randomly disconnects and power off. I assumed a loose wire and made the purchase. I did find a broken wire on the wheel sensors, I fixed that. It stays connected now. Unfortunately under force feedback load, it shuts off. Any ideas?
