I have a pretty big issue with an older model wheel, I need a spare part so I nee dto speak to someone as I know that it's quite likely they probably have a few old broken wheels kicking about that I could buy the replacement part from.
The best way to contact support is to create a Support Ticket via the My Products section of your Fanatec account. If your product is old, you may need to manually register the product in this section before you see the 'support' button. Alternatively you can try the Live Chat, which is open Monday to Friday, 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 4 p.m. (CEST). Live Chat is active whenever you see the headset icon on the site. They may still need to you to register your product to your account however, so try to do that first.
