CSL Pedals Solo USB no output from brake

Hey, just received my CSL Pedals and mounted them on my rig while following the fanatec video guide.
After plugging the brake cable into the throttle pedal and from the load cell/wheelbase into the USB Adapter, i am not receiving any output from the brake when pressing on it.
Sometimes when fiddling with USB ports, the brake pedal shows 100% without any input. Pushing the pedal changes nothing, it stays at 100% until i unplug and plug it back in.
Throttle goes 0-100% no issue at all.
Tried with driver version 402, 405 and 415 same issue persists
Anyone had the same issue?

"Plugging the Brake cable into the throttle pedal" ? Very straight forward connection to the module. Brake cable into Brake input, Throttle into Throttle input and USB to base.
Did you ever resolve this? I don't get any signal at all. Both pedals are dead. And usual firmware and drivers are up to date and everything checked million times. No input with the Clubsport adapter.
