for a few days, it hasn't changed gears or if it changes them it does it two at a time, both downshifting and increasing, what can I do? everything is still under warranty. does anyone have any solution?

First make sure you are on the latest driver and firmware ( steering wheel and base ) then open the driver window and verify the inputs are registering correctly. If you are still receiving double inputs, you should contact support by creating a Support Ticket via the My Products section of your account.

hi, I can't open a ticket because it tells me to enter the serial number of the steering wheel, when I write it, it says it doesn't exist. the same for the pedal board.
