Something is wrong with my wheel

Hey guys,
I have been using my wheel for 2 months and suddenly my wheel keeps disconnecting during the races . Sometimes a notification appears on oled pannel it says " Motor 36 Sensor 36" . Please check the video and hopefully you can help me somehow thanks.

and also you can see on the video i cant upshift my car . When wheel disconnected green light flashing on base. Please help me
