CS Formula V2 Mouse Emulation keeps turning off

I've tried searching to see if anyone has been experiencing the same issue as me, but I haven't been able to find any posts of this issue I'm experiencing.

So ever since I've got a hold of my DD1/CS Formula V2 (Been close to half a year now), I've always had an issue with the mouse emulation staying on. It would always turn off on computer reboots. This has been a problem since the older drivers/fantec control panel. With the latest FCP, when I switch the emulation on and select any of the other detected device, I come back to steering wheel settings to see the emulation has been turned off...pretty annoying. I would need to turn it back on and make sure I did click on any other device before closing. Not 100% but it also seems like it does turn off randomly as well.

Any help or answers would be greatly appreciated!
