Clubsport V3 Pedals support but no serial number visible
I am trying to submit a ticket for my clubsport v3 pedals because one of the screws on the heel plate is stripped. I am unable to submit a ticket because my product page doesn't have a serial number for it. I looked around the pedals but don't see any serial number on top or on the sides so I assume it's on the bottom. Problem is I can't get it off my rig due to said stripped screw.
I checked the box it came with, the invoice (I bought it direct from the fanatec website), and the fanatec control panel but didn't see the serial number on any of those.
How do I submit a support ticket?
