Realistic timeframe for support

I created a small issue while servicing my csw 2.5 and need a part. Contacted support and the email says trying for contact within 2-3 days. Passed 2 weeks now and still nothing. Contacted them with a few questions regarding the dd1 and same story.

What timeframe should I expect realistically? I'd like to fix my csw 2.5, but I'm also interested in the dd1 cause I want something stronger. However I'm concerned about spending more money if CS is so backed up or behind I would be unable to reach them if I need them.
