Phone mount for CSL DD?

Been looking for a solution to mount an old android phone to my CSL DD to use with something like sim dashboard, and I came across this:
It's a little pricey, but it seems good quality and I didn't want to use anything with adhesive or magnets. My wheel and base are mounted to a wheelstand, so no opportunity to mount a bracket to something like a nearby table for example. Just curious if by chance anyone here has one of these, or if you have any other suggestions.
