McLaren V2 - One of the buttons not working in game or Control Panel?

I've just bought a used McLaren V2 wheel that was apparently purchased new in February and had had about 10hrs use. Everything works fine apart from one of the buttons (see image below) just does not work (PC mode and Comp Mode), it is currently connected to a CSL DD via the plastic QR, would it be worth me trying my Clubsport QR from my BMW GT2 V2 wheel? Or is there anything else I can do? Are warranties transferable assuming it is actually 10 months old?

Firwmares are up to date:
You can try todays new RC driver 433 with new Firmwares but tbh this looks more like the button is just broken and you would need to contact the support...
