Podium Hub problem

Hi guys!

Lately I have been experiencing some problems regarding the Podium HUB.

In practice, while I'm in the game, the firmware update starts automatically, randomly.

Ideas?

    Resolved.

    It was a pin problem. I saw that it was lower than the others, I corrected the height and now everything works correctly.

    Hi. I have a brand new Podium Hub on the DD2and I'm having a similar issue, but when the DD2 turns on, the Podium Hub isn't recognized about 80% of the time. I have to take off the wheel and keep resetting or power cycling. Sometimes I can get Fanalabs to see the Podium Hub and then I'm good to race until I shut down power again.


    I thought it was a pin issue, but didn't really pursue this as an issue until I saw your post. How did you raise the pin?


    Fanatec has been ZERO help with two product defects, even when the total price spent with Fanatec in two orders was over 3,000 USD, why should they care to even respond, so I'm hoping your found solution works for me too (but how did you raise the pin:) )
