Wheel is not Found

Hi all.


New DD1 and CSW Formula V2 wheel. When I get to firmware update I get an error message Fanatec Wheel is not found. Please connect the wheel correctly and set into bootloader mode. On the wheel itself is the LED F, so there is power to the wheel. How do I set into bootloader mode?
